What do you do if your friend asks you to subscribe to their channel
However, there isn't a SUBSCRIBE BUTTON and you don't want to wait all day until they figure it out how to enable the SUBCRIBE BUTTON
(1) Go to your friends channel
(2) Double Click on your friends "channel name" to select; then copy press (Ctrl+C)
(3) Go to your channel and choose [Inbox]
(4) Click on [Address Book]
(5) Click on the [Label] button, click on [New Label]
(6) Type "0000 TO SUB TOO"; then click on [create]
(7) Click on [New], and select [Contact] from the dropdown list
(8) Click in the "Username:" field box, press (Ctrl+V) to paste your friends channel name (that was copied in step two) into the box. Alternately you may just type in the channel name.
(9) Click the [] check box beside the label that we created earlier. ( 0000 To Sub Too ) Then Click the [Save] button.
(10) Then Click on the " Subscribe " link to subscribe
(11) Then Click on [Edit Contact] and remove the Check in the [] 0000 To Sub Too box. Special Note: If you use Labels this is the perfect time to add your friend to a suitable label, check the [] box to attach a different label to your new contact. Then Click on [Save Changes]
(12) Note: your ( 0000 To Sub Too ) folder is empty, and you have subscribed to your New Contact.
I hope that this was helpful.
Special UPDATE From " TheEvilSockPuppet "
An easier way to Subscribe to a Buttonless Channel is:
(1) Click on Block to block them (2) You may Block as many Channels as you want (3) Later you may go to your address book (4) Click on the "Blocked" category (5) Select the contact (5a) Click subscribe, then unblock, then add to friends
Which is very easy; however, I am not 100% certain, but I do believe when you "BLOCK" someone you are also Removing their Subscriptions from your channel, because I am not certain of this, I am going to subscribe my way unless someone wants to play this out, and DEBUG this issue. Copy and Paste this to me if you want to check out the results of this method.
